Work with an agent who knows the market, is very dependable and will be with you every step of the way through the process. A mortgage professional that will answer all your financial questions, loan questions and present you with a mortgage loan that is best for you.

The advice I would give to a seller trying to sell their home is to work with an experienced realtor who knows the market! A realtor that has a great team. The goal is to get your home sold!
