ZillowVERIFIEDI can't state enough how easy my home buying process was with Ahmed helping me. I needed a house in Ohio but was living in CA and really couldn't make the trip because of work demands. He used phone video to show me the houses.It was a seller's market in the city and he was able to help me negotiate prices, suggesting when to consider offering more and when to hold back on offering more. More than the prices on the houses, he was able to understand the house I was looking for and, when walking in, helped in deciding where the perks were and where the potential issues might be hiding. One house in particular, he walked in and noticed a smell. The first thing he suggested, before touring the house was that we check for mold. He was right. Ahmed also understood what I was willing to do and not do and when discussing whether a house was a viable option, offered information I didn't consider that played a significant role in my decisions to place a bid.I knew I was at a disadvantage, because I was trying to purchase within a short time frame but he always made a point to get to the house ASAP. To give an idea, we were able to put 5 bids in two weeks! I was unsuccessful on some of the houses because I wasn't willing to pay the appraisal gap (in some cases as high as $40K!) In the end, he helped me select a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood.Ahmed is professional. He listened, contributed and developed a relationship with me to the point that I often felt like I was his only client.I has been over 20 years since I purchased a house and it felt like the first time. With Ahmed's expertise and enthusiasm, I had a positive experience. I know if I buy another house in the area, I'm calling Ahmed first.
