Without Agustins local knowledge and expertise, patience and dedication, to read the market and get things fixed on the home that needed fixed, it would have been extremely difficult to sell the home and get a good price for it. His estimate of what the home was worth ended up within $2K of the appraisers estimate. He seemed to live and breathe the real estate market, considering every factor and how it affected sale prices and time to sale.
