Agustin was truly invaluable in the sale of a home I inherited in Las Vegas. When my father passed away, I became an out of state landlord and then home seller. Without Agustins local knowledge and expertise, patience and dedication, to read the market and get things fixed on the home that needed fixed, it would have been extremely difficult to sell the home and get a good price for it. His estimate of what the home was worth ended up within $2K of the appraisers estimate. He seemed to live and breathe the real estate market, considering every factor and how it affected sale prices and time to sale. While I havent sold a home before, Ive heard from friends and family who have. Agustin is clearly in a class of his own, and I cant thank him enough. This is the guy you want buying or selling your home.

By far the best real estate professional Ive work with. Agustin helped us purchase a condo in 2015. Our communication was only conducted through emails, digitally signing all document. In 2021, Agustin sold the same property only 3 days after it was listed. Again, all processes were done through email. Once we told him of our intend to sell the property, Agustin kept us informed of local housing market and advised us for over 2 years, awaiting optimal time to sell at the price we wanted. Agustin is a total professional. Even though Im 15 hours ahead of him (residing overseas), Ive never had to wait more than a half day to get response from him. He answered every question promptly (even days after all transaction was completed). Ive dealt with a number of realtors, but no one comes close to Agustin when it comes to the commitment and professionalism. If I could give Agustin 10 Stars, I would. From the first house we wanted to see through the house we bought, he ensured that we knew he was working for us. He was rapid in response, prepared with specifics and familiar with the different areas. During the escrow process, he again proved his worth ten fold. I have bought 4 houses in my lifetime and have never had a realtor as professional as Agustin. He did not treat me like a client, he treated me like I was family.
