Agustin was truly amazing, and took what seemed like a very complex process with a lot of moving parts and simplified it considerably for me. My goal from the very beginning was to rent my condo out to a tenant while at the same time finding a single family home to purchase, and all of it had to be done simultaneously for financing purposes. It seemed almost insurmountable, and then Agustin entered the picture and explained in detail what needed to be done to accomplish my goal. He explained what work needed to be done to my condo, what color i should paint the walls, and what role he could have in finding a tenant. He also explained in precise and easy to understand detail what my best options were for purchasing a house and where i should look. Throughout the process, Agustin was with me the whole way, and brought me to about a dozen different properties until i found the one that would work best for me and my kids. I also decided to follow his advice and have the work he recommended done on my condo, and also work with him to find a tenant.While it seemed like there were a lot of moving parts, Agustin simplified the process considerably for me and at each stage, explained what my options were and what the likely result would be. Working with him was truly a pleasure. And what was even more incredible is that it only took him 7 days to find a tenant for me!I really don't know what i would have done without his assistance and negotiating skills throughout, and his expertise and experience were absolutely critical to accomplishing my goal. Hello, I can say that my first visit meeting with Agustin was inteesting. As we proceeded through this it actually took about 30 days. We explained to him what we were looking for and he was on point in locating th homes as we searched. He is very knowledgeable in explaining figures, structure and knows fully well the information about the homes. He makes good sugggestions and knows whats best for his clients. WOW. He is a force to be reckoned with. THis guy is professional in his attire and always on time for his appointments - very impressive. He gices your the opportunity to view the home and it surroundings so you can feel the ecnvironment you are in. I would say PHENOMINAL!!!I suggest that you should get hold of him.
