Agustin got me the deal of my life. I was a first time buyer, the first deal we got into, I walked away due to come negligence on the sellers part. The second deal he got me, was a under the market value foreclosed property. It was a great choice based on my budget, neighborhood and location. The guy is well connected and if you ask, he will refer you to all kinds of great professionals. When you are a first time buyer this is very important, you need someone to trust and this guy definitely is trustworthy. Every individual that he recommended ended up being as trustworthy as he was: the attorney, the loan agent, and a contractor I needed to complete some repairs. Whatever you ask he will get it for you. On top of that, he was very patient, respectful, and professional. He held my hand throughout the entire process, was available to answer my questions and calmed the anxieties of a first time home buyer. I couldn't have chosen a better agent to work with.
