Agostino Savino is a phenomenal agent! His dedication to finding my dream home was more than I ever expected. It was a hard and tough process to find a home in Florham Park within my price range. Mr. Savino was so patient with me as we toured homes even late into the evening. With my budget in mind, he was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. Mr. Savino's judgment was priceless, as I was completely unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home.Mr. Savino's negotiation skills were also excellent. The home I selected for purchase was somewhat of a fixer-upper, and Mr. Savino's skills enabled me to get the price lowered to account for the repairs and renovations I intended to make. Mr. Savino was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a very valuable thing to have an agent like him.Overall, Mr. Savino is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients.
