Wow! Where do I start? So much to say. Adrienne and I first spoke briefly back in 2021 when I first relocated to the Bay Area and had a few questions in regards to The Housing Market and purchasing options in The Bay Area. No realtor would even give me the time of day once they were aware I needed a bit more time before I was ready to purchase (and I was renting from a Realtor at that time haha). But as God is good! I stumbled across Adriennes account and reached out, we spoke throughout that week and I even spoke with her Financial Contact (received great pointers) to make sure I had everything in place and ready to go as I'm the type that aEURoeover preparesaEUR?. Also, Adrienne displayed she is full of knowledge and is up to date on the current Housing Market and is fluent in ALL purchase options being Conventional, VA or FHA loans. Fast forward to just a year later I was settled in The Bay and had chose a location that offered every amenity that appealed to my Wife and I. I reached out after Christmas of 2021. We were viewing properties January 1st, 2022, New Years Day! We found a home that exceeded our expectations and submitted an aggressive/protective offer, while being yet appealing to the seller the afternoon of January 2nd, 2022. We had our offer accepted January 3rd, 2022 and we were under contract. All went will and Adrienne created a bulletin format electronic tracker for us to stay on target and never let any purchasing event surprise us. We were a step ahead thanks to Adrienne and we closed on our Bay Area property in less than 30 days of submitting an offer!!! Thank you Adrienne for being a Blessing to my Family!

Adrienne helped my family and I purchase a home in 2020. In about 4 weeks of utilizing her expertise, we made an offer on a property.
