We were new to the area and he made sure we are well informed not only on the place , the property but went above and beyond connecting us with people within the community who could help us with some information we were seeking regarding schools . Bernie is absolutely phenomenal to work with. My sister and I were very fortunate to have Bernie as our realtor. Our process of finding a home was supposed to challenging and stressful but Bernie made it super easy and quick. He is always responsive and go above and beyond to assist us (even if it is at last minutes notice). Not only did I reach out to him on a holiday (when most people are out of office) but I also gave him less than 24 hours notice to organize and allowed us to view homes. In addition, I was only available for 3 days and under very limited hours. This was supposed to be stressful given the time constraint that we were under but Bernie made us very comfortable and provided to us with many great options that was spot on with what we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bernie and cant believe we found our home within 3 days! I cannot say enough about Bernie. He was very knowledgable, friendly and truly cared about my needs. No matter what time of day or night, if I had a question he would respond, almost immediately! I was a first-time buyer and had tons of questions and lots of anxiety, and he was super understanding and patient.
