About Adriane Perez

In 2020, I launched my real estate career. As a realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy! I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment and to bring a little fun into every transaction. Clients can count on me any time of the day when they have a question or concern. As a trusted real estate advisor for clients, I understand that buying and/or selling a home is deeply personal and that is why I am dedicated to helping clients buy and/or sell property with personalized attention and client care. When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with family, sewing (mostly clothes for my son), and light gardening around the house. I currently reside in Westminster, SC with my husband and son, beginning a wonderful world of farming and gardening. We are eager to cultivate our own little piece of paradise right in our backyard with the 3 dogs, 7 cats, 7 ducks, 50+ hens, and 3 roosters we currently have. Mini farm here we come!

Adriane helped me submit an offer on a property which was denied and then taken off of the market by the seller. I asked Adriane to help me look for another property and didnt hear anything for almost a year before she called asking if she could help me search for something else. Clearly was not a priority in the least.
