Mr. Young first toured homes with us on a Saturday, six of them in a row! It made for a long day and he was very patient and up-beat. Though none of those homes were right, he persevered and video-toured a few when we couldn't make it in person. Once our choice home was under contract, communication was quick, attentive, open and honest through every step.
