Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Adrian Edwards. Our realtor, Adrian, had a nice balance between local market knowledge and also 'tech' knowledge around how buyers 'buy' these days. The support team - photography - and attorney Tom Stone were top notch.

Was all the above. Everything was understood and went accordingly. Would highly recommend Adrian. Questions answered same day. Was helpful when it came to finding contractors.

We have worked with many realtors over the years and Adrian is by far the best we have ever met! He's very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly! We had multiple offers after one day...not because we were under priced but because we had maximum exposure at the appropriate price! Adrian made great use of the internet for marketing and had ideas for "staging" that were reasonable for us to do. Unfortunately, our experience with Mr. Tridel was disappointing. Our family reached out for him over a span of several weeks but he was not very responsive. When we were finally able to set up an appointment for a Rutherford property with him directly, he did not show up or even called to let us know the reason why. We texted his number, left voicemails, and waited in front of the property but we received no response. When our daughter reached out to him later that day, he blamed his agent Jennifer for the miscommunication. We hoped it was a misunderstanding, but when he didnt call us to follow up, reschedule, or to even clear up the confusion, it confirmed his disinterest.
