I decided to use Adrian and Maricruz Piecho to sell my house because of their personal investment into their listing (time and effort) they always made themselves available at anytime of the day (or night) to make sure all my questions were answered. Once the house was under contract they made it very easy to sign papers and get everything handled. The fun didnt stop their I had some very specific things I wanted in a new house, due to my long hours at work we had to make several trips about 30 miles away sometimes just to see one house per evening, they were very patient with our home search and in the end we found the perfect house.
