Adrian Gonsalez was always by our side during the process of looking for a home. He has such a positive attitude and always has a smile! He listened to what we we were looking for and made us feel like we were his only clients. When the process was almost done, some issues came up and we almost didn't get the loan. Adrian was always on our side and worked hard to help get the issues resolved. We eventually did get the loan and I think that without Adrian, we would have lost our minds! Adrian was so much help and walked us through everything, and was very quick to answer any questions we had (which was a lot)! My husband and I both work full time making it very difficult to make phone calls and get everything figured out as far as home inspections scheduled, home owners insurance quotes, questions for our lender, etc. Adrian was willing to make all those phone calls for us when we were working and unable to do so. He went out of his way to help us get everything squared away. He definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Adrian!

He understood and worked with me and sold my home. He was always thoughtful, courteous, and patient with our need to review and consider all aspects of an offer prior to making decisions. Adrian devoted extra time and effort to research questions of zoning (our property was comprised of three tax lots), and had a special, large-print sign made for greater visibility for Travelers on the highway bordering our property. He worked hard to get us the best offer possible and close the sale on our property.
