I was initially reluctant to work with any realtor when trying to sell my parents house in Brooklyn. But Adeline convinced me to give her a try and I finally did. She really brought tremendous value to the process. I would tell anyone who is trying to gain proper perspective on their local market and get their house listed and sold at the right price - to work with Adeline. She brought truely quaified buyers (which is very important) and worked to negotiate a price that I was good with. She is the consumate professional. Adeline and Elite made it easy for me and handled all aspects of the showings (there was a tenant in the house). They took great professional pictures for the online profile, created a professional attractive listing description, made all the appointments, and supported me in the negotiation of the final sale price. Finally, I liked Adeline - she is a lovely and pleasant person, and easy to talk to.
