"Adele is an amazing person. It was my 1st time. She held my hand on every step. She made sure I understood everything I had to sign. We didn't get the 1st house we put an offer in on, but she knew what I wanted, we searched houses to look at and she made viewing happen. She did all of this virtually because we are 250 miles away and due to our time frame could not get back to Katy to see ourselves. She made videos for me and FaceTime me on the houses we had to view virtual. She did so much for us including picking up our keys for us because we could not get there. She made sure I was meeting every deadline. She made me feel like I was her only client and she put our time frame as a priority. Even after the funding and sell was done, she has not disappeared. She has made sure we got into the house and are doing ok. The sellers realtor left the lock box and sign in the yard. We let her know and she immediately got ahold of that realtor for quick removal.
