Adam was awesome, my fiancA(C)e and I were in a position that we needed to get a house as we had out grown our apartment. We had tried 3 other real estate agents and it wasnt looking good. That is to say until Adam came in the picture.Adam did waste our time, he was always looking for us and finding us houses that matched our criteria. When it came time for offers for the purchase, the process was so easy and stress free. He actually put in a lower offer then I was originally going to go with and protected me.
