Mr. Stanford was a BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!! He seems soooo genuine and like an all around "good guy!" I enjoyed working with him. He returned calls immediately, and always kept me abreast of information I needed or that he thought I may need. Though the land that I'd purchased was owner-financed with an unusually small down payment, Mr. Stanford was very instrumental in finding out about the property for me so that I may contact the owner and set a time to meet owner to make the first down payment. The owner wasn't able or didn't have "room" to pay commission or finder's fee. Mr. Stanford even followed up with me to make sure that the transaction went smoothly, which it did; that's EXCELLENT customer service!!! He cared about my deal, even though he didn't benefit from it. But, I did promise that I'd pass his information on to my son, which I've done. I will keep his information for future reference as well, just in case a family member or friend may need his services.

Adam was honest, upfront, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate. He literally advised us not to buy a particular home because their were problems in the renovation work.
