1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First step is to get pre-qualified. It's important to know exactly what you can afford prior to looking at homes. I can help you get started with your pre-qualification process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I specialize with getting sellers top dollar. I have an extensive marketing plan to go over with you if you choose me as your agent. Call or text me for more details.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers, investors, first time home buyers, high end buyers and sellers, commercial, military...who haven't I worked with?
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was able to help some sellers who had very last minute orders to move across the country. The professional photos, and marketing had 3 full days of showings with offers in the double digits. They were able to get over asking price and get everything closed on their short timetable.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Family business. My grandma sold in the 80's, my dad started in the 90's and I started in 04.
