About Adam Sloat

I'm a Colorado native and full time Realtor (and brokerage owner) with a background in the music and entertainment business. I was born and raised in Boulder, with a few years in Littleton and Lafayette, and now a homeowner in Louisville. After my teenage years as a professional river rafting guide in the Colorado mountains and canyon lands of Utah, I attended college at Tulane University (joining the Crew Team, Phi Gamma Delta, and becoming the President of the Tulane Pre-Law Society). I then worked in the music and entertainment business as a manager, agent and event producer. I bring an expert background in contracts to all my real estate transactions, having negotiated agreements for or with Beyonce Knowles, Jack White, The Who, David Hasselhoff, Kesha, OneRepublic, Alice Cooper, Flo Rida, and many others, including TV networks, universities, Washington DC nonprofits, and international luxury properties. I'm contract and detail savvy, having experience handling the negotiation process with dexterity and fairness, resulting in closed deals that are a win-win for everyone. I've also lived in New Orleans, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Orange County, California. But my deep Colorado roots eventually brought me back home to Boulder County permanently, when my wife and I purchased a home in Louisville for our family of twin boy/girl 11-year-olds. Serving my community is a core value for me and I love putting smiles on people's face through the experience of entertainment at community events; I've been the Chair of the Louisville Cultural Council, and also Music Director and Co-Chair for The Boulder Jewish Festival. Scott did an amazing job in helping my wife and I as first-time home buyers.
