We couldnt have asked for a better realtor to represent us on the recent purchase of our home in Boulder. We were very specific as to our requirements and location and Adam was extremely responsive to our needs. Hes incredibly knowledgeable of the Boulder marketplace and worked with us over a number of weeks to identify properties that would suit our needs. Once we identified the home we wanted, we knew we would have to work fast to get a solid offer in given the limited inventory in the location we were interested in. He was very responsive, also working in close collaboration with our lender, in putting together a strong offer. We had a couple of back & forth with the seller, as can be expected, and Adam was excellent at negotiating a deal with the sellers agent and getting our offer accepted very shortly after the home went on the market. He helped us negotiate a credit back for items that required repair and worked diligently with the inspectors and appraisers to ensure they were able to complete their work in the required timeframe. We were out of town during the close and so Adam represented us all the way through, meeting inspectors onsite, doing video walkthroughs, sending detailed pics and addressing any concerns or questions we had. Even after close, Adam continued to go above and beyond, meeting service providers at the house and helping us coordinate a needed roof replacement due to hail damage. We live in another state, so having his attention and experience in the local market available to use during the entire purchasing and post-close process was invaluable. Absolutely one of the best, maybe THE BEST, real estate agents we have worked with. We highly recommend Adam and cant thank him enough for making this such a smooth process!

Adam is amazing! We first met Adam when idly looking for a new home in Colorado. He showed us a few places that were very nice, but we ultimately decided not to buy. A few years later when we decided to sell our home, we remembered how great Adam had been and immediately contacted him to be our seller agent.
