I began working with Adam in May 2021 to search for a new home after having previously worked with a separate realtor whose approach left a bad taste in my mouth. The difference was night and day! Adam would proactively suggest different listings, rather than waiting for me to request a showing. He would also point out different red flags that I didn't notice when at listings, showing that he wasn't just trying to earn a commission check, he wanted me to find the perfect home. His knowledge of the area is extensive and he does a great deal of research in order to suggest the perfect purchasing price.
