Adam was a dream to work with. In the beginning he helped us to identify our interests and focus our search on the few neighborhoods that checked all of our boxes (we didnt make it easy on him). He was quick to respond to any questions that we had and as he accompanied us on several walk throughs, he raised questions that we would have never thought to ask. When we finally found our dream house, he helped us with our offer and then ran point throughout the entire closing process, checking-in regularly with our attorney and our lender to make sure there were never any surprises. Adam has helped me buy and sell 3 times. -I purchased my first home for under ask and sold it for over thanks in large part to Adam's guidance. - My fiance and I purchased a house for asking price. The purchase of this house involved some tense negotiations and here is where Adam was such an asset. Through it all Adam was a calming presence, referring us to the right people and allowing us to make our own, informed, decisions. We almost walked away at the 11th hour and even then Adam was never pushy or sales driven. Real estate can be contentious and full of surprises.
