He provided excellent suggestions on preparing our property before going on the market and let us know what to expect once the process began. Our property sold quickly and he always went the extra mile to not allow us to be taken advantage of by buyers. If you're looking to buy/sell I couldn't recommend Adam more. 10 out of 10!

Responded to any inquiries same day. We looked up our condo a week later and found he ended up selling our condo for a price $12,000 above what a extremely similar unit sold for during the same time period of our buying process.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe selected Adam to list our home for us after interviewing 4 possible candidates to sell our home. We really liked his marketing plan for our home and his personality fit perfectly with us because he was friendly, laid back, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. We needed someone that we felt very comfortable with because we weren't really familiar with selling and buying a home, Adam was a great decision. We had seen his listing of another home in our area and was so impressed by the photography that we immediately contacted him to set up an interview. He had a great marketing plan for us which allowed us to get an accepted full price offer on our home that we were selling 5 days after listing our home and that was actually 1 day after showing our home since we didn't allow showings until 4 days after listing. He then helped us find our next home and represented us as the buyers as well and because Adam was so efficient, he was able to get us in to see a home the same day it had listed like within 5 hours after it listed and we fell in love with the home that we put an offer on it that same day not realizing that there were 4 total offers that same first day it listed and 7 showings scheduled for the following day. With his assistance and great advice, we were able to strengthen our offer and get our offer accepted that same evening that the home was listed. Overall, we had a very good experience with Adam and would recommend him to others.
