Adam is a phenomenal agent who far exceeded our expectations! He came highly recommended by an agent weve been working with for a while in another area. On our first call he listened attentively and asked great questions, sending us great options shortly thereafter. Given we live a 2 hour drive from Albany he waited until he was sure he got the ideal properties for us as to not waste our time and we looked at quite a few in one day covering a wide range so we could narrow down our search. He came well prepared with print outs and details about the listings that far exceeded what was in the MLS. His detailed knowledge of the various neighborhoods was also very helpful given we didn?t know much about Albany. During the viewings he, an experienced real estate investor himself, put on his investor hat and talked us through all the pros and cons of each property as an investor. He later also sent us full P&Ls for multiple properties that made the decision making process a breeze. After just one day/tour we found the ideal investment property and Adam got us under contract within a few days, $10k under asking. Where Adam really shined though was the period between contract and closing which was a very bumpy one for us due to issues with the lender. He moved mountains, motivated the seller to give us several extensions, kept everything coordinated as we changed lenders half way through (he recommended the lender we ended up closing with which we are very grateful for), and numerous times ?talked me off the ledge? when I was about to throw in the towel and give up on this deal. We are very lucky to have found Adam & are looking for many more deals with him.

Adam Nye is a true professional in his field. We first engaged him about a year before we planned on selling our 2 houses. Adam came round and did a walk through for us pointing out the things we could / should do before we put the houses on the market. All his advice was spot on and we had given ourselves plenty of time to to the jobs. We were selling two houses. One we had rented out and needed a lot of TLC before selling and our main house that was going to be harder to sell as it was more expensive and in the country more than our rental. He provided useful information and support throughout the process especially as we had already moved 5 states away before they went on the market!. Adams advice on pricing was spot on on both houses. The first, which we expected to sell quickly had 7 offers on it and Adam worked through them with us to help us decide which was the best all round. On our main house, we received a very good offer within days of it going on the market and we sold it above asking price. In short, Adam knows how to represent,present and sell houses in todays market with all the tools available (Drone pictures and video and all social channels etc). His advice on what work that made sense to do to get best bang for the buck was spot on and his pricing approach was perfect. He is a real professional and a real nice guy to boot.
