Adam Napp

Adam Napp, Vice President, Sales & Leasing, specializes in the sale and leasing of Retail property and Land in the greater Chicago area. With over a decade of experience, Mr. Napp has honed his skills in previous positions at both boutique and national real estate firms; most recently Sperry Van Ness. Mr. Napp received his introduction to Chicago real estate by working at Draper and Kramer, one of Chicago's oldest and most respected real estate firms. Known for his professionalism, Mr. Napp has a proven track record of getting deals done and ensuring his clients satisfaction. He prides himself on being exceptionally thorough, reliable and holds all parties accountable for follow through. Mr. Napp takes a very proactive role in the industry and is a member of several organizations including: the International Council of Shopping Centers and Next Generation, the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Edgewater/Uptown Builders Association, and is a member of various local chambers of commerce. He is a past board member of the 47th Ward Retail Committee, Logan Square Economic Development Corporation and the Wicker Park Committee. Mr. Napp holds the prestigious CCIM designation and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his family currently reside in Chicago.
