Both houses required quite a few listings with a few offers given which Adam handled expeditiously. He was very supportive and patient with my husband and I and especially working with my parents for a house in Summerville as the market was a sellers market and the listings were under contract on most houses after a day or two.

For the last 7 years Adam has saved my arse a number of times when it came to my house and issues. Need a contractor? Adam has a person. Need a POC for someone who isn't answering the phone? Adam can find them. Need a solution to an impossible problem? Adam can fix it. He is single handedly the greatest realtor and human I know. He will work doggedly to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. Adam recently sold the same house he sold me, and he is as much of a pitbull now as he was back then. Adam can do whatever in the universe you need him to do and he won't let you down.
