In the selling process, he set us up with a stage person to walk through our house and help us with staging even just our own stuff. In the buying process, he was very prompt in getting us to see houses last minute at my request with the crazy market here in the Raleigh area. All the paperwork was also super easy and just done through email! I would be happy to use him again, but pretty sure we are settled for a while and LOVE our new house!!! Thank you again Adam!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDAdam assisted us with the sale of our old home and on the buying side for our new home. He told us what to expect when we first started the process. In this market, we thought we would never be able to buy in the timeframe that we wanted but Adam got us into the house that was best for us. We had some complications with the sellers of our new property that made us want to back out of the deal and keep looking. Adam gave us objective advice and we decided to stick with it and we got the house. It has been 3 months and we could not be happier. I am glad I listened to him. During the process, Adam introduced us to people in his network that were able to assist us with a variety of things like cleaning, packing, moving, repairs, etc. This was a huge help to us.He was responsive to all of our questions via text/phone/and email in a very timely manner. I would use Adam again if I needed help or advice in the real estate world.
