Almost two years before our house was put on the market Adam offered his advice on what to fix up prior to listing and he had plenty of contractor recommendations as well. When we were ready to list the house, he guided us (first time sellers) through the process. He marketed the house and coordinated numerous open houses, following up with all prospective buyers after each open house. We received the offer during the summer, while out of town. Adam was also on vacation but did not skip a beat in terms of staying in close communication during price negotiations and until the contract was signed. When the buyer's list of inspection contingencies included waterproofing the basement, Adam was able to get a contractor to our house almost immediately so that we, as the seller, had a sense for repair costs as we entered into more negotiation around the inspection contingencies. Adam was professional and very easy to work with throughout the process and he went above and beyond as was needed to close the sale. I would definitely consider using Adam again for the sale of a home.
