1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The Home Sellers I recently worked with took my advice with preparing their home for sale. They spent less than they thought they would have to. They did everything I suggested. Their house SOLD in 5 days with multiple offers that escallated above list price. Perfect!!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a business owner and sold my business in 2003. Just after I wanted to become a Real Estate Investor. After taking the licensing class (originally just for info purposes only), I thought day to day this could be a business I would enjoy and be good at. I was right... 2020 is 16 years as a Realtor and every year since my 2nd year in the business I have been a Top Producer for the offices I have worked in. Call me, you won't be dissappointed!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). These 2 degrees have allowed me to represent my clients to the highest standard.
