He is a graduate from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Math Education and a Masters in Counseling from Ottawa University. He has been in full time real estate and Team Leader for Hamblen Team since 2004. Adam has been partnered with Dave Ramsey (Financial Expert & Radio Host) since 2010 as a Phoenix Real Estate Expert & as Ramsey Trusted. Every year since 2010, Adam has been in the TOP 1% of agents worldwide for number of homes sold. Adam has received a national certification as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN). Adam's experience in real estate comes from representing both buyers and sellers on over 200 homes each year. For the past 29 years, Adam has served as a volunteer youth pastor and mentor at his church. Adam enjoys traveling the world and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
