Steve Monger is unprofessional, lacks experience, is dishonest and has a car salesman approach to selling homes. His real estate career began during covid giving him a whopping 3 years to hone his real estate skills. His approach to acquiring clients is to contact sellers repeatedly who are actively listed with another agent. (You were never invited to contact me Steve and you were told NO you would not be hired to represent me -July 24th, 10:06am on a 6 minute phone conversation. Those emails in October and November were not AI generated. They were very specific.) Steve tracks you through the MLS. Hes extremely concerned when your home hasnaEUR?t sold in a short period of time. (You can bring a buyer anytime with the agent I have my home listed with. Guess you dont have one Steve.) Receiving multiple emails while still contracted with another agent is not a professional approach. Nor is mapping out ways (as explained in your email) to bypass the current listing agent to get the listing.Then lying and saying I had reached out to you. No. Never. Now Id say that isnt playing nicely among your peers. For those who are considering using Steve, reconsider. There are real estate agents out there who will do a great job. Steve isnt one of them.

He would give suggestions on changes we could make to our listing, but ultimately let us decide and was not pushy about it.
