ZillowVERIFIEDThis has been my first venture into the world of real estate, so I admittedly don't have a baseline or reference point for real estate agent service, but I still feel comfortable giving Adam a perfect perfomance evaluation in all aspects, as I can't imagine what a real estate agent could have done any better. Judging by demonstrable outcome measures alone, I was, with Adam's astute guidance, able to go from entering the market naive, to securing a contract on my first offer within barely a month, and thereafter proceed to close within weeks, without any delays, complications, or unforeseen expenses. Behind the scenes, Adam provided abundant snippets of wisdom pertinent to being competitive in a challegning market, to understanding the otherwise obtuse world of real estate, and to being a homeowner in a more general sense. Adam never showed any signs of impatience as we set up tours on homes on which we were doomed to pass, nor were there any decisions on which he was pushy. He kept me focused on action items that I wouldn't otherwise have considered, was a persistent advocate towards my best interests, and has remained so since closing, the point at which a real estate's self-fulfilling interests would generally terminate. Adam is very good at explaining the process so you have a clear picture of how things may progress. He stays in contact with all the changes or wrinkles that may turn up. In this last sale, we were extremely pleased that we were offered our asking price within a few weeks of listing. His versatility in dealing with personal residential properties as well as vast knowledge of non-profits made him a good choice.
