First, I have to disclose that Erik was not my Realtor. I have not worked directly with him, but if I found myself in a position where I needed a Realtor in the Tampa Bay Area, I absolutely would. My house is on the market (with another agency) and Erik brought some clients thru. Eriks clients were interested, but still looking. Erik contacted my Realtor several times during the day to keep my Realtor updated about his clients interest. Important, as we had an offer already. Sadly, Eriks clients decided against placing an offer, but it happens. Erik made sure to tell my Realtor as soon as he knew of their wishes, so as not to keep us waiting.
