About Adam Dow

Adam Dow is an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR, a designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS. He is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. We recently purchased a condo on Lake Winnipesaukee with the help of Martha Trepenier, a buyer's agent with Dow Real Estate. Martha , who is is local to the area, introduced us to several condo properties that fit our criteria so that if one of these properties became available, we were were ready to act quickly- an important thing in a hot market. During the purchase and sales, Martha walked us though all the important steps and help to coordinate the process with all the parties involved ( seller's agent and our attorney). After the sale, Martha continued to provide valuable help in connecting with local vendors. We found Martha though a friend who also bought a home with her help . I worked across the table with Michelle Nai at Adam Dows about a year ago. She was representing a seller for a property I was purchasing. I was impressed with the level of assistance she gave. It was a complex property. She was prompt in responding to questions and facilitated the transaction with a very high level of professionalism. After the sale, she offered to meet with me to answer some additional questions. Even engaged others in her office to lend their knowledge and expertise. I was so impressed with all aspects of the transaction that I signed her as my buyers agent for another property that we recently closed on.
