About Adam Dotson

I am a United States Marine Corps. Combat veteran. I am happily married and a Father of two wonderful kids, my daughter who is 11 years old and step-son, who is 21 years old! As a family, we enjoy serving our community such as helping out at the Lincoln Children's Zoo, doing fun runs and supporting local dog runs. I'm a 2001 graduate of Lincoln East High School and joined the U.S. Marine Corps when I was 17 years old. Shortly after joining, I found myself deployed to a heavy combat zone with 1st Recon Battalion Special Forces. I pride myself on being a Marine Corps Combat veteran and a family man. I have previous experience with the home building process as I was a brick layer/tender for many years and was around construction most my life. I currently have rental properties to where I have personally remodeled to like new condition. I have a strong passion for updating homes and doing it to the best of my ability. In 2018, I became a REALTOR, so I can put my knowledge to use and help people save money, buy quality, advocate for them, and protect them in making the right purchase or getting the most out of their sell. My knowledge allows me to point out potential serious problems with a home that most agents would over look. Making an educated purchase puts money in your pocket by saving thousands down the road in costly repairs. As a military veteran I have made it my goal in life to give back. I take great pride in being honest, respectful, on time, and trustworthy. I do my very best to answer every phone call and provide a timely response back to all my customers.

I was very well satisfied with Adam Dotson as my realtor. Prior to listing he showed me similar houses and what they were selling for. He did a good job of explaining each of them compared to the house I was trying to sell. Adam was always easy to reach and always completed all the paper work promptly. He suggested minor improvements to my house that helped make it more presentable. He also did a good job of watching the house when it was unoccupied and listed with him. Once he noticed the furnace was off and put it on to prevent the pipes from freezing. Adam helped me with all aspects of the selling my house and he did a really good job for me.
