In my personal opinion in the market we are in now I would advise them to get pre-qualified so that when they find the perfect home they are ready to move forward with a strong offer.

in this market I would advise them to be ready to show there hime as soon as it hits the market. I would also recommend them letting an agent give them a comparable market analysis so that they can get top dollar for their home.

I work with both buyers and sellers from first time home buyers and sellers to the client have bought and sold many times.

a particular transaction was the client bought the home sight unseen I took a video of the home from walking around the outside to all through the inside of then home and emailed it to my clients they offered closed all with never rseening their new home.
