It was an absolute pleasure to work with Erin. Our plans changed a bit and we had to postpone the entire home buying process by a couple of months. During that time Erin was very understanding of our situation and we never felt that we were being rushed. When we finally started to look for houses she always worked around me and my wife's schedule. Erin was super responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for with our budget in mind. All throughout the negotiations and closing process Erin was there quickly handling any issues that came up and that includes communication with our Mortgage Broker as well. Erin was fantastic to work with! She was so responsive, answering our many, many questions at any hour of the day/week. From the detailed "how to buy a house" intro our first day to the fancy gift basket at closing we felt truly special throughout the whole process. We had a very specific budget that we wanted to stay within and never felt pressured to go outside of it. She was very honest with her opinion, but it never felt like she was trying to sway us one way or another. And when the HOA was a bit finicky about sharing documentation she worked around the clock to seek it out. Thanks so much erin the place is great!!Oh and also huge props to Drew for all the last second tours and meeting us all over the Puget sound. We had a LOT of cities we were interested in and really appreciate your guiding us through all of them!

When me and my husband were looking for our first home we had Nichole as our realtor and she exceeded our expectations. We had a one year old daughter and another baby on the way and she worked around our schedule and was there for us at all hours of every day.
