I am a top 25 nationally rated top producing Realtor/Agent with a background as a NC State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, having practiced real estate for over two decades. I have lived along the east coast my entire life and have settled down with my family in the Cape Fear Region. I married my high school sweetheart and we are raising two really great kids. We love where we live for all the options offered, whether it's surfing, heading out west to the NC mountains or enjoying any one of our diverse downtown areas, it's together. With some of our free time, I enjoy volunteering with my oldest son at my side so that he can learn how important it is to "grow grateful"; my wife volunteers at our youngest son's school to help our teachers with all the kids since they are so short on resources.
