1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Always look at a home multiple times before purchasing. There are so many things you miss on the 1st visit. I would suggest 3 visits. By the 3rd time you would have seen everything and if it still make you feel warm and fuzzy you have found your new home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Ask a lot of questions when interviewing agents. You need to know that they understand your needs and are on the same page as you.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, Buyers, Investors, 1st time home buyers, Empty nesters, Upsizing, Downsizing, Transferee's, Military
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
There was a GREAT couple that was transferring from Nebraska. She was finishing her Masters at U of D. They were on a tight schedule for when she needed to be here and had very specific needs. On top of having a house to sell in Nebraska. Once we got them under contract here. I sent them back to Nebraska with a list of things they needed to do to market their property. They got home and did they list verbatim and sold their home in a week!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I heard so many horror stores from people about buying and selling homes. I figured it was time to do things a little different. So at least the people that I was in contact with would have a stellar experience.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I owned a title company for 15 years. So I know the backend (paperwork & legal side) very well.
