After nearly 20 years of ownership we recently decided to sell our investment property in Fullerton. We live out of state so we called a couple local agents that we knew and were left unimpressed after our conversations. Adam put together a marketing plan and a proposed sale price and it sold quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations. The normally very stressful sales process was made simple by Adams knowledge, professionalism, and his great sales/support team. Based on that experience when we decided to sell another property in Newport Beach the easiest decision was to rehire Adam. Adam again proved to be the consummate professional handling the marketing and sale of the property which happened quickly and exceeded our already high expectations. Even during these odd Covid times where everything seems to be delayed, our property closed on time. I have no doubt that this was due to the hard work of Adam and his team. I may be unique in that I do not want to be bothered with the minutiae that comes with real estate sales, I do however like periodic updates. Adam adapted to my personality perfectly as he negotiated on my behalf and only contacted me when approvals were needed or to provide updates. If I needed to contact Adam, usually via email, he got back within minutes, which is something that I greatly appreciate. For those that want more hand holding I have not doubt that Adam would accommodate you perfectly as well. While I have never met Adam in person I trust him explicitly and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We just closed escrow on the sale of our house! We had a different agent when we originally listed back in January. We started a sale escrow and moved out in April but the buyer did not complete the sale. After several months we did not receive another offer so we interviewed two new agents in September. Glad to say we picked Adam! He lives close by in Fullerton and has extensive knowledge of the area. He made the process very easy even though we were living 2,000 miles away. Eric was a miracle worker and we loved every minute working with a truly world class professional in real estate. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Eric Urban from The Adam and Eric Group. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We worked with a couple of realtors before Eric and every experience left a sour taste in our mouths. One agent (family friend referral) showed us properties he assumed we could ?afford? based on the fact that he considered us too young to look at the price range we were comfortable with, which wasted a lot of our time which is unacceptable since my wife was pregnant. Then after we received our pre-approval letter he was shocked at the amount and then started showing us properties which would maximize his commission with no regard into what our needs or wants were. If you don?t know right now the market is crazy. Although we did put in offers for multiple homes we ran into road blocks of other offers way over asking or people willing to put 50% down on a property. Again my wife and I started to feel the dread creep into our souls thinking maybe this just isn?t meant to be. We had been looking on and off for 2 years and had the conversation that we should just pause our search because we were both exhausted and frustrated. Miraculously another listing came up as we were willing to give up. We actually didn?t plan to go to the open house but for some reason I convinced my wife we should stop by on our way to an event.
