After nearly 20 years of ownership we recently decided to sell our investment property in Fullerton. We live out of state so we called a couple local agents that we knew and were left unimpressed after our conversations. We decided to look around at other options and based on his great ratings we decided to call Adam Brett. What a great decision! Adam was prompt, knowledgeable, enjoyable to talk with, and best of all he knew what made our property unique and how he?d market it. Adam put together a marketing plan and a proposed sale price and it sold quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations. The normally very stressful sales process was made simple by Adams knowledge, professionalism, and his great sales/support team. Based on that experience when we decided to sell another property in Newport Beach the easiest decision was to rehire Adam. Adam again proved to be the consummate professional handling the marketing and sale of the property which happened quickly and exceeded our already high expectations. Even during these odd Covid times where everything seems to be delayed, our property closed on time. I have no doubt that this was due to the hard work of Adam and his team. I may be unique in that I do not want to be bothered with the minutiae that comes with real estate sales, I do however like periodic updates. Adam adapted to my personality perfectly as he negotiated on my behalf and only contacted me when approvals were needed or to provide updates. If I needed to contact Adam, usually via email, he got back within minutes, which is something that I greatly appreciate. For those that want more hand holding I have not doubt that Adam would accommodate you perfectly as well. While I have never met Adam in person I trust him explicitly and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Adam is the most amazing real estate broker! My husband and I live out of state and were very anxious about selling our Fullerton rental house. Adam took care of everything and brought us six offers to purchase, several of the offers were well over the asking price! I also appreciate how nice Adam is to work with. He is very organized and coordinated all inspections, walk through, etc... directly with our tenants and kept the sale moving quickly. We live in a different State and were not looking forward to the arduous task of trying to sell a house long distance. Adam was able to make the sales process a complete breeze. With his excellent knowledge of the market and our neighborhood, he was able to suggest a realistic listing price as well as suggestions on how to prepare and present the house for sale. Particularly helpful were his timely, written on-line updates on comparisons of offers being presented on the house and his excellent negotiating skills and initiative in getting things done, especially in facilitating and coordinating the service providers, to quickly get the house on the market. Adam has helped us several times when i was looking to buy an income property and later when I was considering to sell it. He is very responsive and knowledgeable including in areas such as 4-plexes. He had excellent contacts that later helped me remodel the property.
