I could write a book about everything Adam Alcaraz did for us to sell our Laguna Niguel townhouse. After we decided to sell it, we literally did not even visit the property....he took care of EVERYTHING. He dealt with our (difficult) renters, he took care of repairs, he had new flooring put in, found and coordinate with painters, made sure plants were watered, set up all the inspections, and on and on--and he was pleasant and positive throughout the whole process. Before all this, I had NO idea that a real estate agent could take care of so many things. I don't know if it's common for an agent to do so much, but, as far as I'm concerned, Adam is a saint.
