I worked with Ada & her team during a tough time for buyers. We searched for months. She was always positive and empowering with her approach. I have lived in my new home for a few weeks now. Some problems occured during my 1st week I was so upset and stressed. I reached out to Ada and she still came to my rescue. She helped in ways I know another person wouldn't have. I was initially connected with Ada through LHOP. I took their first-time homebuyer course for which she was the instructor. I later decided to contact her for help with my FSBO transaction after several friends and colleagues recommended her. My situation was unusual, as a first-time homebuyer purchasing a property from a family friend that was being converted from commercial to residential during the process. Ada was knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and made both parties feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Ada highly enough!
