Going with Abigail was the best decision I could of made! Abby made this process so easy and smooth, and she helped me close on only the second house we looked at! Abby is really professional, she made sure to tell me of every option, and explained what would happen and what would come next. If I didn?t understand something she made sure to explain until I fully understood. I would HIGHLY recommend Abby Rose. We recently sold our home with her, and she made the process incredibly easy. She was there from the moment we decided to list until closing, helping us with every step and answering all of our questions. Her communication was outstanding; she let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. She even helped by securing contractors for small projects we needed to get done to make our house more marketable. I felt like once we signed our contract with her, I barely had to do anything!
