Feeling as if you are in it alone? Not with Abby at your side. I cant say enough good things about Abby. Here is my story:I am a first time home buyer, relatively recently divorced so I dreaded looking for a house on my own and having no one to discuss the big decision with. Thankfully, as soon as I met Abby I knew I was not alone - she was there every step of the way, from the first viewing to the closing.When I first spoke to Abby, I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. She really listens to you explaining your needs, dreams, and means. She finds the kind of places you are looking for but knows precisely how to get you outside of your comfort zone if she can tell you are missing out on opportunities. For example, I wanted a resale and we went and saw some, but from the outset she suggested I take a look at some new developments just to compare. Once I stepped in to my first new house I knew that was what I actually wanted to invest and live in - I would have still be looking at places that didnt feel quite right was it not for Abby both listening to me and pushing me beyond my set ideas. Thanks for helping me with that first step, Abby.Once you are out there looking at homes, Abby is there to discuss the pros and cons. One thing I appreciate is that she doesnt take it personally if you dont like something, she knows that this is your future home and you have to make the decision. She was great at teaching me about homes and about the things I should consider for the present and the future. She is always ready to answer questions and offer advice and as a first time home buyer I had a lot of very basic questions and needed a lot of advice. She was the perfect partner and extremely quick to respond.I know I will stay in touch with Abby and will definitely draw on her advice and services for financing and purchasing down the road. By being there, she has made me feel empowered by the process rather than overwhelmed. I closed on my new home yesterday and now have the keys in my hand.
