I have known and worked with AJ, Savitha aunty and property economics for almost 10 years. First as a home buyer and then as an owner renting the property. Property economics have grown very much in this time, but I still feel the same warmth and earnestness from them even today. Goes without saying that they are very knowledgeable and know every nuance of property management, but despite being out of state and in a different time zone, I must mention the promptness and diligence that they showed in my recent rental interaction. I know that the property is safe under their management. They do so much work and so efficiently - starting from ensuring the property is good to rent and/or any work needed, listing, working with applications and applicants for showing, all paperwork and helping build a good relationship with the tenants. Their team is wonderful, very responsive and communicate very promptly via digital channels. It is clear that the team is very organized, methodical and diligent in every thing they do.
