I was introduced to AJ by one of my good friends who also happens to be working with AJ on investment properties . He has very good knowledge about the real estate market in IL and understands the needs of clients both for personal and investments purposes . Based on that he curates his searches/options/price range etc. Great thing about him is that he does not push on closure until he feels that the property is the ONE the buyer is looking for . There are times my requirements changed as the search progressed . AJ patiently reevaluated the requirements and gave constructive feedback based on which we were able to identify potential properties and have successfully close them . AJ also helps with renovation/fixes of the property and putting it on sale/rental. He and team have done an awesome job both on purchase and renting my properties .
