Able did an excellent job selling our house. We had tenants move out right before we listed and Able took care of getting the house cleaned up and ready for sale. Wow did we luck out with Abel. He was recommended to us by our trusted broker (who my family has worked with for years) and he did not disappoint. He helped us get our first house with our first offer (we beat out 7 other buyers!) and made the whole process feel easy. We liked him right away because hes a super down to earth and real person. Hes realistic and thoughtful, insightful about the market, and genuinely warm in all of his interactions. He responds right away and answers questions, and honestly hes just a joy to interact with. He helped us learn the ropes of home purchasing in a few short months, so that by the time we were ready to make an offer we felt well informed and prepared. From the first conversation I had with Abel, I knew we wanted to work with him. He had been hand-picked for us by the realtor who handled a family member's estate in Los Angeles, and she sure got it right. During our initial phone call, I felt immediately at ease because the person on the other end of the phone was warm, down-to-earth, and a great listener.
