Abel Contreras

Abel Contreras came from humble beginnings. After growing up in a small town in the Central Valley, Abel was blessed with a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on a full-ride academic scholarship funded by Bill and Melinda Gates. During his time there, Abel studied advanced sales and marketing courses in the Orfalea College of Business. Naturally, Abel fell in love with the Central Coast and decided to pursue his passion in a career in real estate. Abel is a part of the top real estate company in the world, Keller Williams Realty International and the number one brokerage in the region, Keller Williams Central Coast. Abel has quickly risen to the top and has reached the top 20% of his company. Due to Abel's success in the business and his immense leadership skills, he has been elected to sit on the Agent Leadership Council setting the example for other agents in the company. Abel has also been nominated as the California Association of Realtors "Rising Star" in the region. Abel has created his own real estate team through Keller Williams, Invest SLO, specializing in residential listing sales, time and time again helping sellers net more money bottom line than the competition.
