About Abdul Azeez

I have been a resident of the Washington DC area for 20 years and think its one of the best places to live in the country. My wife and I are big Wizards and Nats fans who love attending games whenever our clients are not using our tickets. We also enjoy attending community functions and eating at some of the great restaurants near our home. I stay involved and give back to the community by spending time with young men in need of guidance and mentoring. Due to my experience, skills and work ethic I have the ability to provide each of my clients with top level service. Whether it is getting a seller top dollar or finding a buyer not only the perfect home but at the perfect price, I am the realtor that will get the job done! I established Focus Real Estate Group in 2005. We began by working almost exclusively with buyers in the Northern Virginia Area. I took time to attend GWU Graduate School to obtain my MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from. Using that knowledge I turned Focus Real Estate Group into a full service firm focusing on both buyers, sellers and property management clients . The company now has licensed agents in MD, VA, and DC. We have also been ranked among the top of all RE/MAX agents! #13 RE/MAX Agent in Virginia #2 RE/MAX Agent in Alexandria. Weve had our home for two months and we couldnt be happier! Abdul and his team were amazing throughout our whole process- and it had many ups and downs! First, we had a heart set on a neighborhood where no homes were available. Abdul sent out letters and actually ended up getting a response back. It ultimately didnt work for us because of the distance to my work, but it showed Abduls determination to help us get exactly what we wanted. Then, we tried for a very competitive home and Abdul used some tricks up his sleeve to make our offer appealing. Again, we ended up going a different direction. At that point we were pretty discouraged, however, by leveraging his connections, Abdul was able to find us a home before it hit the market in the perfect location for us. We went under contract and Abdul was always eager to negotiate the deal and work on behalf of our best interest. One week prior to closing, the owner dropped out. Abdul helped us navigate the situation in a way that would protect us and, before we even broke off that contract, he had found us a home that ultimately worked even better for our family and was initially off the market. It was truly a journey to get to our home and were so grateful for Abduls commitment to our goal of finding our home to bring our first baby to! He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, well connected, and quick to guide and help us through the whole process. Weve used other realtors in the past but none have shown the level of professionalism and efficiency that Abdul has. We recommend him 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell. Our experience tells us theres nothing he wouldnt do to make his clients dreams come true!
