Where do I begin...Abby is phenomenal at her job. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She really cares about you and makes sure you're fully informed so that you can make the right decision about your property. I relocated to Florida and needed to sell my property, although it was on the Market for a bit, Abby did everything in her power to sell it. I'm very grateful I had someone experienced and educated, as well as compassionate. We couldnt have asked for a better agent. My wife and I are moving to the Charlotte area from out of state and wanted someone who understands the nuances of buying out of state while still living across the country. Abby was always cognizant of the time zone differences, and was careful to explain the various different ways how real estate transactions are different in North Carolina compared to where we live. She id diligent, highly responsive, and a true joy to work with. We recently closed on a home after flying out there to look at several houses with her. She and her team made the process of closing as seamless as possible, even though we were across the country almost the entire time.
