About Aaron Woods

In 1997 I began selling real estate in Holyoke, MA at Edmund G. Woods Co., a family owned company.I was very lucky to have my father, Gill Woods, a former president of the National Association of Realtors, as my mentor.I spent 5 years selling and listing in Western Mass before relocating to the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire in 2002.I joined forces with the Re/Max Advantage (which eventually became Mary Dragon Real Estate) in Plymouth, NH in the fall of 2002 and received my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification soon after.For the next 11 years, through hard work and determination, I was able to become a consistant multi-million dollar producer, and a top producing agent in the area.In 2011 Mary Dragon Real Estate merged with Granite Group Realty Services and for two years I was the top producing agent in their Plymouth, NH branch.In February of 2013 I joined the team of Peabody and Smith Realty.I look forward to selling many more homes in the years to come, and would be happy to assist you with any and all of your real estate needs.

Aaron sold a piece of land for my mother in Waterville Estates Campton, New Hampshire. I called Aaron about him selling the land. He called me back the same day. Soon, the property was on the market. The buying inquiries on the property were not many but Aaron kept me informed about any activity regarding possible interest from buyers. Eventually, he contacted a land developer he had previously worked with. The developer was somewhat hesitant about the land. Aaron convinced him the land would be a good choice to purchase. The land was sold at a fair price. The property is small and not that expensive. At the same time, Aaron spent a good deal of time in helping me get it sold. Aaron was consistently friendly and made the selling process pleasant.

as an architect in the residential field and the owner of multiple properties i have work with many brokers on both east and west coasts. aaron did a great job for us.he understood our requirements from the outsethe was instrumental in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for three properties which he sold in about 90 days.he is a great communicator..but only what you need. he was always on top of each activity be it showings negotiations and closings. i am happy to say that he outperformed all the agents i have worked with and can highly recommend him.
