I have purchased many houses over the last 40 years, and experience has shown that agents are pretty out of touch, impossible to reach and a necessary evil. Eric is the complete opposite. We were living in NH and looking for a retreat in southern AZ and were put in touch with Eric. From our first contact and even now after the closing, Eric has been incredibly helpful with anything we need, including making sure the sellers did their part, helping us get utilities, mail and evverything else that goes with a long distance purchase.
