Chad assisted us with an out of state move. He was flexible and very patient with us. He was happy to answer all of my random questions and educate us along the way about our new city. It was a great experience working with Chad, he was knowledgable about the area, very fast in talking with the listing agent and owners and directed us to a good Title agency. After the sale closed Chad provided a video of the property and worked with the local HOA people to get the keys for us, in my experience its not always easy working with an HOA so I really appreciated this. I highly recommend using Chad for your next sale or purchase.
