Aaron Wheeler

Originally from Buffalo N.Y, my wife and I relocated to the New Smyrna Beach area in the summer of 1995 to be closer to her family and of course, to escape the winters in Buffalo! I began as a construction contractor in 1995, both building and remodeling homes in Central Florida. This provided me with a wealth of knowledge and insight in to the elements that make up the typical Florida home. As the east central Florida real estate market began to take off in the early 2000's, I began work on some of the larger condominium projects from New Smyrna Beach to Ponce Inlet. This experience allowed me to expand my knowledge of local building methods beyond the scope of single family residential homes and in to commercial and high rise type structures. Eventually, in 2006 I decided to apply my knowledge as a contractor to the real estate sales profession. This seemed like a natural progression for me to move from building, to selling homes and condominiums with the ability to use my construction background to provide additional guidance and insight to my clients. I became a REALTOR(R) and joined The New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS(R) and later The Daytona Beach Association of REALTORS(R), which has allowed me to expand my business and the number of people I am able to work with.
