I recommend you work with Sung if you want to work with a friendly professional, who not only has the expertise to sell your home for top dollar, but also has the ability to navigate difficult (and unexpected) situations if they arise. We listed our home at potentially the best time to sell, and got a great offer on it... until the buyer backed out in a completely unexpected, and ridiculous fashion, literally two days before closing. But the issue was not that they backed out, it was that they ate up 30 days of prime selling time, during which interest rates sky rocketed, and price cuts were becoming more prevalent. In just those 30 days, all of a sudden the market was against us... but long story short, Sung helped us to get immediately back on the market, and still got us the same amount of $$ as we would have from our initial buyers. We still don't know fully how he did it, but if you want to sell your house, I suggest you give him a call and find out.
